3. Placing an Order

At SPHURA , we believe every saree has a story and every purchase should be a thoughtful choice. We are committed to providing clear product information and a transparent shopping experience.
We may decline an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

4. Colour and Appearance Disclaimer 
We make every effort to display the colours and appearance of our sarees as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, device displays, photography and lighting conditions. The colour of the saree you receive may therefore differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Minor variations in texture, weave and finish may occur naturally, depending on the fabric and manufacturing process.

5. Fabric , Prints and Product Details
 Each saree is listed with a product description detailing it's fabric, colour,design, print,border and other relevant features.Any known print damage , visible imperfections, weaving irregularities or other notable defects will be clearly mentioned in the individual product description. Some fabrics and prints may naturally have minor variations in pattern , texture of finish especially dola , kalamkari, ajrak etc. We encourage you to examine all product photographs (which are real not AI generated) and read the complete description before making your purchase.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

7.Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully . All sales are final for changes of mind or personal preferences. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction arising from colour variations due to screen settings. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for imperfections or product characteristics that were clearly disclosed in the individual product description. We request customers to make their selections carefully, as sarees sold by SPHURA are not eligible for return or exchange simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.

Exceptions: 
If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product , or an item materially different from it's description , please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting package opening video and photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable customer protection laws.

8. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.
